Courses are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee particular outcomes beyond what is described in the course outline.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JourneyNest Guild is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
