Frequently Asked Questions
What tools do I need for beginner courses?
A #2 Phillips screwdriver, a small adjustable wrench, measuring tape, soft mallet, and a level are enough for most beginner builds. We offer substitutions where possible.
Are your courses suitable for renters?
Yes. We show non-destructive anchoring options and reversible fixes. When wall mounting is involved, we outline stud and anchor choices along with landlord-friendly alternatives.
Do you provide certificates?
We provide a completion letter listing skills practiced. While not an accreditation, it’s useful for employers or clients who need proof of training.
How long do I keep course access?
Purchases include ongoing access. If we must retire a course, we will provide a comparable replacement or a download of materials.
What if I don’t have a drill?
Many builds can be completed with hand tools. We label power-tool-optional modules and include manual alternatives whenever feasible.
Do you offer refunds?
If a course doesn’t match its description or you cannot access it due to a service issue, reach out within 14 days and we’ll evaluate a remedy or refund.
Can I buy courses for a team?
Yes. Contact us to arrange group seats with shared billing and team progress summaries.
Are there live sessions?
We host periodic live clinics for Q&A and troubleshooting. Announcements appear in your account dashboard after purchase.
